All messages ("Content") entered via the Twitter Knitter website is used by Saint @ RKCR / Y&R for the purpose of Twitter Knitter and other associated websites only. We will not distribute or sell your Content on to any other third party.

When sending messages and/or personal information (name, location, contact details), you give Saint @ RKCR / Y&R unreserved rights to use this information to showcase on the Twitter Knitter website or on any other media where Saint @ RKCR / Y&R showcases its Content, including (but not limited to) YouTube and the blogs.

For the Content uploaded onto the website, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them on our website, or on other media that promotes Saint @ RKCR / Y&R or this website.

Saint @ RKCR / Y&R will not edit any Content so as to change the original understanding, but reserves the right to crop or change settings to make it usable for purposes of the website when necessary.

You acknowledge that all Content which you submit to the Twitter Knitter website is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.

You agree to not use the website to:

• upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the website;
• upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
• upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the website, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the website;
• intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by any securities exchange;
• "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
• extract, collect, process, combine or store personal data about other users.

Saint @ RKCR / Y&R shall have the right to refuse, move or remove any Content that is made available via the website that violates the Terms and Conditions, or is otherwise objectionable.

It is up to Saint @ RKCR / Y&R to decide which entry will be chosen to be knitted onto a scarf each month and will not base its decision on the number of likes received per entry.
